The Commission is seeking to include additional Team Leaders and Evaluators (Professional) to this Panel Contract. The additional Panel Members will be required to regularly evaluate the service quality, progressive achievement of individual outcomes and compliance with the National Standards for Disability Services by Commission funded and provided services as part of the Commission’s enhanced Quality System.
