Tender Description

Council is inviting tenders for the construction of Stage 1 of the Tuggerah Regional Sporting & Recreation Complex to be located at Lake Road, Tuggerah. 

The new facility will include nine playing fields (including one premier field), car parking for 450 vehicles, bus drop off facilities, amenities facility, landscaping, floodlighting and intensive drainage and irrigation works. 

Lump sum tender price submissions are sought from contractors experienced in the construction of similar facilities.

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the Preferred Tenderer.
