Tender Description
Thames-Coromandel District Council's, Whangamata Area Office is looking for a Contractor to undertake landscaping works at Whangamata's Williamson Park. This landscaping contract is part of the overall redevelopment of Williamson Park and will require the tenderer to work collaboratively with other Contractors (such as roading, electrical and tree-felling/harvesting), sharing work spaces to deliver the overall project.
Works include construction of a beach front board walk, coloured and exposed aggregate concrete works, a small section of kerb & channel build out, installation of bollards, feature garden and tree planting, refurbishment of entranceway wall, refurbishment of outdoor shower & drinking fountain, and the supply, construction and installation of park furniture.
