STS PETER AND PAULS PRIMARY SCHOOL ALEXANDRA STREET; BULIMBA NEW BLOCK 2 & ASSOCIATED WORKS Building firms are invited to submit WRITTEN Expressions of Interest for consideration in a selected tender.
The works shall include: New Block 2 - GF GFA: 495sqm; FF GFA: 582sqm = 1,077sqm - Open roof play area : 634sqm - Walkways & Verandahs : 300sqm Block 1 - Convert ex-staff room to library - Convert learning support to classroom Miscellaneous - 3 level lift to new Block 2 - New open car park : 792sqm - Upgrade to trunk services - Fully air-conditioned New Block 2 Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by EARLY JUNE 2016 with work to commence START of AUGUST 2016 for completion END of MARCH 2017.
Applicants should forward their submissions to the Architects and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects; current and full data; financial status and current firm structure; professional and Client references; and in particular note similar size and complexity of works.
Short-listed tenderers must be prepared to provide sufficient financial data to allow due diligence investigation.
