Tender Description
Caretaker. Tenders are being invited for a person / company interested in a caretaking / cleaning position at a residential complex in Brunswick. Proven experience or relevant qualifications in cleaning, basic building maintenance and gardening is required. References will be requested.
The person needs to be proactive, show initiative and demonstrate solid interpersonal and problem solving skills. Assistance in dealing with residents will also be required therefore communication with others must be in a professional manner at all times.
Hours required are Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
The position will be available commencing 1st July 2016.
