Australian Community Support Organisation Ltd ACSO: Australian Community Support Organisation is seeking Expression of Interest from organisations delivering (combined) Contact Centre / Case Management software solutions improving support in delivering our services across a wide range of programs improving the health, well-being, resilience and economic outcomes for our clients.
Besides the introduction chapter the downloadable EOI document describes: Selection Process, Software Solution Scope, Information Systems Architecture and Key Requirements.
A separate spreadsheet is attached with the key requirements. Please score each item and add comments and/or additional information if you believe you can provide us with a software solution as explained in the first mentioned document.
