Expression of Interest Strata Plan 53080 2 Bay Drive Pacific Bay Resort Coffs Harbour NSW
The Strata is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from parties who may be willing to offer facilities maintenance services for the strata property located at the above address.
The Strata comprises 146 allotments contained within two separate building complexes. The building complexes are surrounded by resort facilities including golf course, tennis courts, pools, walking trails and lagoon. These facilities are separate from the Strata and are independently managed.
A comprehensive services contract will be provided to qualified parties who respond to this EOI. Parties will then have until close of business on 27 May 2016 to lodge a completed contract with the Strata Manager.
The successful party will be required to commence services on 23 June 2016 which date coincides with the expiring services contract.
The site can be inspected by contacting the Strata Manager.
