Tender Description
The Shire of Ngaanyatjarraku is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced companies to undertake business process management services (‘BPMS') for the Shire including the day to day data entry and processing associated with rates, payroll and general accounting functions. The contract will be for a period of three years commencing 1st July 2016 to 30th June 2019, with the option to renew at the principal's discretion for a further term not exceeding two years.

Tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked either

Due to the Shire's remote location and infrequent mail service, tenders will also be received via email tenders@ngaanyatjarraku.wa.gov.au.
Facsimile and late tender responses will not be accepted.
Tenders close at 4:00pm on Tuesday 7th June 2016.
The lowest or any tenders may not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or staff will disqualify.
