New GLA Building and Hall Alterations
The Diocesan Catholic Education Office (DCEO) is inviting principal contractors to express interest for construction works at St Francis Xavier Catholic Primary School in Mackay. The project consists of a new single storey GLA building comprising ten classrooms and associated amenities, and minor alterations and additions to an existing hall building.
Expressions of interest should include a resume of previous experience in school/education facilities, capability statement, staff nominated for project management and site foreman roles, and an outline of their contract administration quality control systems. From the EOI’s received, a limited number of contractors will be invited to tender on the project at the discretion of the proprietor, (Roman Catholic Trust Corp. Diocese of Rockhampton for Catholic Education – Diocese of Rockhampton).
