Tender Description
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions from Principal Contractors for roofing works located at Flagstone State Community College.
The project comprises of the removal/disposal of the existing roof and replacement of roof sheeting, flashings and drainage. The project will be procured under a Minor Works contract.
Tender documents can be requested from Ridgemill Project Management by sending a request to ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au. Please note, tender documentation will only be issued to suitably qualified Principal Contractors.
Submissions close on Friday, 1 July 2016 at 2:00PM at ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au.
Site Visit: Thursday, 16th June 2016 at 15:00. Attendees to sign in at School Adminsitration building.
