Positive Charge is a social enterprise of the Moreland Energy Foundation Ltd (MEFL). Our aim is to broker good value energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions for residents and businesses across local government areas in metropolitan and regional Victoria.
Positive Charge is managing this Expression of Interest on behalf of Moreland City Council. The EoI is for the delivery of a residential solar PV bulk buy program and/or the supply of energy efficient lighting options for residents and businesses across Moreland. The bulk buy program will operate until 31 December 2016 with the possibility of an extension into 2017, subject to review.
To date, Positive Charge has facilitated the implementation of over 3MW of solar PV across all council programs. Positive Charge currently delivers residential and commercial products and services to 15 subscribed councils.
