The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) and the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation (GOLDOC) are seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) for Bus Provider Services for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games (GC2018).

This ROI is designed to gather information about the capacity and capability of all potential organisations that have resources to contribute the transport task, including bus operators based in Queensland.

All ROIs must be received by 11:00am 25 July 2016 electronically via email to GC2018Buses@tmr.qld.gov.au. The email subject line should read “TMRCG010/16a (ROI) - <Bus Provider Name>”.

Event Transport Management and Bus Services Industry Briefing Friday 1 July 2016 10.00am to 12.00pm.

An industry briefing, hosted by Transport and Main Roads and GOLDOC, will provide an overview of the ETM procurement process for all organisations interested in providing services to support the transport task for GC2018.

Pre-Qualification for Event Transport Management (ETM) Services for the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Transport and Main Roads and GOLDOC also require the services of an Event Transport Management (ETM) Provider to plan and prepare the event bus networks for GC2018.
