Tender Description
You are invited to submit an expression of interest to provide preventative and reactive maintenance service for SCUH. The Contractor shall carry out the inspection, maintenance and if necessary repair of all Specified Split Air-conditioning Units, at frequencies agreed to by Spotless and in accordance with:
Adhere to AIRAH Best Practice Guidelines.
Comply with Australian Standard 3666.2 Operation & Maintenance of Airconditioning systems
Comply with Australian Standard 3000-2007 Electrical Installation.
Undertake work IAW equipment manufacturers recommended maintenance schedules, and
Comply with Spotless Safety Management Plans and HSE Policies.
