Tender Description
You are invited to submit an expression of interest to provide, periodic testing, preventative and reactive maintenance service for SCUH. The Contractor shall carry out the inspection, maintenance and if necessary repair of all Fire Suppression Systems at frequencies agreed to by Spotless and in accordance with:
AS 1851- 2012 Maintenance of Fire Protection Equipment.
AS 2118-2010 Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems.
Any other legislative or Australian Standard currently applicable to these systems.
Undertake work IAW equipment manufacturers prescribed schedules, and
Spotless Safety Management Plans and HSE Policies.
