Tender Description
You are invited to submit an expression of interest to provide prescribed inspections, recertification and reactive maintenance service at the SCUH site. The Contractor shall carry out the inspection, recertification and if necessary repair of all Service Penetrations and Joints at frequencies agreed to by Spotless and in accordance with:
AS 4072-2005 - Components for the protection of openings in fire-resistant separating elements.
Building Code of Australia.
Any other legislative or Australian Standard currently applicable to these systems.
Undertake work IAW legislative regulations, and
Spotless Safety Management Plans and HSE Policies.
