Tender Description
You are invited to submit an expression of interest to provide preventative and reactive maintenance service at the SCUH site. The Contractor shall carry out the inspection, maintenance and if necessary repair of all Fire Detection, Warning, Control & Intercom Systems at frequencies agreed to by Spotless and in accordance with:
AS 1670 Part 1 Fire Detection, Warning, Control & Intercom Systems
AS 3000 2007 - Electrical Installations
Building Code of Australia.
Any other legislative or Australian Standard currently applicable to these systems.
Undertake work IAW legislative regulations, and
Spotless Safety Management Plans and HSE Policies.
