Tender Description
You are invited to submit an expression of interest to provide; inspection, recertification and repair where necessary, for all Fire Resistant Doors across the SCUH site, at frequencies agreed to by Spotless and in accordance with:
AS 1905.1-2005 Components for the protection of openings in the fire resistant walls.
Building Code of Australia.
Any other legislative or Australian Standard currently applicable to these systems.
Undertake work IAW legislative regulations, and
Spotless Safety Management Plans and HSE Policies.
