Project Background:
The project comprises a pipeline connecting the Amadeus Gas Pipeline (AGP) at the (existing) Warrego Compressor Station to the Carpentaria Gas Pipeline (CGP) at the (existing) Mica Creek metering facility with three (3) Main Line Valve (MLV) sites across the 622km pipeline inclusive of an intermediate scraper station.

The required facilities include a start of line Gas Treatment Facility with export compression at Warrego (Phillip Creek Compressor Station (PCCS)), and a compressor and delivery station near Mt Isa, inclusive of compression, metering, gas quality measurement, pressure regulation and filtration (Mt Isa Compressor Station (MICS)) (the Facilities). The Gas Treatment Equipment to be located PCCS includes a Mercury Removal Unit (MRU), Acid Gas Removal Unit (AGRU), Molecular Sieve Gas Dehydration Unit (GDU) and a cryogenic Nitrogen Rejection Unit (NRU). There will be four (4) turbine-driven compressor packages located at PCCS and two (2) turbine-driven compressor packages located at MICS plus associated control and actuated valves throughout both sites.

Jemena is seeking a Vendor to design, manufacture, test, and deliver a packaged compressed air system for each facility:
System Description
Each system will be required to supply approx. 200 m3 per hour (to free air) at 10 bar on demand:
* Duty and Standby air-compressor units with unit acoustic enclosure
* Integral inter and/or after-cooling, air-intake, filtration and on-skid cooling/ventilation
* Lubrication system
* Common skid base and skid shelter
* All pipes, valves and fittings and supports
* Duty and standby pressure regulation (to 500 kPag – 950 kPag)
* Wet-air receiver vessels (per compressor)
* Single Dry Air Receiver Vessel
* Air Dryer (per compressor)
* Pre and post dryer filtration (water and entrained oil),
* Instrumentation as required
* Supervisory instrumentation and control system
* Local Unit Control Panel
* Electrical power distribution panel for all auxiliaries / equipment on the package
* All necessary accessories:
* Reliability in excess of 98%
* Compliance to relevant Australian Standards
* Design Registration and Verification as applicable
* Factory Acceptance Test
* Commissioning support at site, and Site Acceptance Testing
* Spare parts and special tools
