Maintain Australia is now seeking a Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for the Provision of Trade Carpentry Services.

Maintain Australia currently works under a standing offer arrangement for the Department of Housing and Public Works (Building and Asset Services) for unplanned maintenance and minor upgrade services and has recently secured a two-year Contract for Planned Maintenance. This Contract will commence on 1 August 2016. It is envisaged that maintenance will need to be performed on some 500 residential properties.
