Council of the Shire of Peppermint Grove invites expressions of interest from qualified organisations with the capability of demolishing the substantial uncompleted structure at 2 Bay View Terrace, Peppermint Grove.

The demolition is to include the removal of all material and the return to a clear and level site, and an approximate cost of such works.

The expression is to include a management plan for works describing how the organisation will deal with the issues of noise, dust, and traffic management to and from the site, and adjoining property dilapidation reports.

The original building plans are available for collection from the Shire of Peppermint Grove, 1 Leake Street Peppermint Grove and expressions of interest should reach the undersigned by 4pm Friday 12 August 2016.
