The PTT is seeking to engage a suitably experienced Respondent to undertake the modernisation of seating infrastructure of the main auditorium in His Majesty’s Theatre (HMT) for optimisation of viewing experience and patron safety.

The successful Respondent is required to remove and dispose of existing auditorium seating, and undertake the supply and installation of new auditorium seating the majority of which is to be on a like-for-like basis.

In addition to the like for like replacement of seating, a quantity of various seat accessories are required such as seat numbers, seat fabric, cushions, covers and donor plaques, further details of which are outlined in Schedule 2 of this Request.

Works onsite must be carried out between 19 December 2016 and 31 January 2017.
