The Yarra Ranges Council (‘Council’) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced parties (‘Respondents’) for the Provision of facility and program management at the Mt Evelyn Station House Reading Room located at 50 Wray Crescent, Mt Evelyn (“the Service”).

The purpose of this EOI is to understand supplier interest and capability for the provision of this Service.

EOI submissions must be received by EOI Closing Date or as otherwise changed by addenda.

EOI submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the EOI closing time as per the Conditions of EOI document enclosed. An opportunity exists for a suitable locally based community group, organisation or service to express interest in overseeing the functions at the Mt Evelyn Station House Reading Room, in partnership with Yarra Ranges Council and Eastern Regional Libraries Corporation. Services are required from 1 January 2017. The successful applicant will be required to enter into a license agreement as per the details provided within the EOI documents.
