The Ballarat Health Services Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory works are to be delivered in one package known as the Construction Works, and generally include:

* A new purpose built Catheterisation Laboratory and support areas predominantly built above an existing Imaging Department including MRI and Spec CT

* Additions to existing buildings which may include changes to different areas on or around the "hot floor"

* Refurbishment and alterations of existing areas on the hot floor, or areas below or around the hot floor, and

* Alterations to access around the MRI building Architect: Billard Leece Partnership Contract: AS2124-1992
