The Old Colonists' Association is a philanthropic charitable organization which provides affordable rental accommodation for elderly people at Charles Anderson Grove. Through the enduring work of the voluntary Board and the support and assistance of sponsors, the ability to expand the existing Retirement Village is coming to fruition.

Expressions of Interest to tender are sought from principal building contractors with the appropriate building practitioner registration where applicable. The project will be undertaken and staged as four individual tender packages:
1. Community centre and multipurpose room.
2. Civil and drainage works.
3. Construction of 15 independent living units.
4. Landscaping.

It is anticipated that tender documentation will be available early to mid September 2016.
