Tender Description
Preliminary final: Saturday 10 September 2016.
Grand final: Saturday 17 September 2016, City Oval, Mildura.
* Pies, pasties, hot dogs, rolls/sandwiches
* Steak sandwiches and hamburgers
* Hot chips and associated fried food
* Coke products/soft drinks
* Ice cream
* Coffee and tea.
A payment of 10% of the tendered amount must accompany the initial tender. (Refunded if tender unsuccessful).
Keep in mind that your staff will need to pay general admission.
If tendering please ensure that the products can be supplied, as early stock-outs are not acceptable.
Payment for successful tenders must be received in full by 5.00 pm on Monday 29 August 2016.
All stalls and holders must meet health and fire department requirements. (Fire extinguisher and blanket for hot food).
All stalls must remove all rubbish from the reserve. Clean up fees to apply.
Power requirements will need to be stated on initial tenders. All equipment will need to be tested and tagged by an authorised person.
All set up is to be done in consultation with SFNL Administration.
Tenders close at 5.00 pm on Friday 29 August 2016.
Tenders will only be received by mail.
The Sunraysia Football & Netball League is not bound to accept the highest priced tender.
