Stawell Regional Health (SRH) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced community members for appointment to the Audit and Risk Committee.
The Committee, which reports to the Board of Management, oversees and advises on the audit accountability and controls of the organisation relating to organisational and corporate risks.
This a voluntary position which requires the following:
* Basic financial literacy
* Integrity, objectivity, accountability, honesty and openness
* Independence of judgement
* Relevant industry knowledge
* Business experience in the private or public sector
