Tender Description

A1 Building Group Pty Ltd is an established building company specialising in Insurance Repair and Restoration work to some of Australia's well known companies and brokers.

Due to continued growth and expansion our business is looking to supplement our existing trade base within NSW, to provide services within the following locations: Central Coast/Newcastle, NSW Wollongong, Sydney Metro NE, Sydney Metro NW & Blue Mountains, Sydney Metro SE, Sydney Metro SW.

We are seeking an EOI from the building trade/services including but not limited to; the following trade types:

  • asbestos class (A,B/Both);
  • bricklayer;
  • builder/property services/makesafe;
  • cabinet makers;
  • carpenters;
  • caulking;
  • concreter;
  • certifier;
  • flooring;
  • electricians;
  • fencing (all type & makesafe);
  • glazier;
  • landscaping (retaining walls/paving/general);
  • locksmith;
  • plasterers;
  • pool repairs;
  • roof tiling;
  • roof metal;
  • shower screens/splashback;
  • scaffolding/edge protection;
  • solar (pool, hot water, electrical);
  • tiler; waterproofing;
  • windows and doors.
