The Western Australia (WA) Department of Transport (DoT) Business Centres are public facing entities responsible for providing driver and vehicle services in accordance with the relevant WA Acts and Regulations.

The Department of Transport (DoT) requires:

• The procurement of a Queue Management System Solution which covers nine (9) Perth Metropolitan Business Centre locations (MC1 – MC9 inclusive, refer to Schedule 2 - Section 1.3) as per the requirements contained in this Request;
• Software including installation and configuration;
• Support and maintenance for the Software and Hardware at each Business Centre. DoT will provide a centralised repository for the reporting and the Network and Server Infrastructure;
• As built system documentation;
• An integrated QMS with electrical surge protection that provides site specific configuration, central access in real time and utilises the
• Business Centre data network to provide access to the central installation;
• Training for staff on the basic use and operation of the QMS including training manuals; and 
• Removal of the existing QMS at each site.

The Business Centres are currently operating with Qmatic QMS and software.

The existing QMS will need to be decommissioned and removed in accordance with DoT disposal instructions (which will be provided to the successful Respondent).
