Expressions of Interest Are invited for the lease of Hangar 1 at Emerald Airport, Queensland.

This secure airport hangar facility comprises of approximately 154m2 of internal floor space, a reinforced concrete floor, steel frame, Colorbond walls and roof, and has one open side.

This is an ideal aircraft hangar for light fixed wing or rotary aircraft. All taxiways, runways and the apron area are sealed.

Facilities at Emerald airport include a terminal building, refueling facility, private and commercial hangars, and a local flight school.

Emerald airport is a security controlled airport. Council is seeking Expressions of Interest that may complement these existing operations.
