Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting Tenders for a Lease of the Restaurant and the provision of Catering Service at the Brolga Theatre, Maryborough.

The Restaurant service will accommodate and appeal to a wide range of tastes and budgets, and provide quality meals and service available for theatre patrons and open for general dining operations.

Catering Services are required to be of a high quality and include a wide choice of menus suitable for small meetings up to large scale conventions, weddings and other corporate and or community events. Considerations are to be made for individual and dietary customer needs.

The Tenderer is responsible for the provision of professionally attired front of house and back of house staff that understand the provision of friendly and quality customer service.

Note that the successful Tenderer will be unable to hold a separate liquor licence, however 25% commission of total gross sales will be provided to the successful Tenderer by Council for all liquor sales made by the successful Tenderer within the Lease area.

Tenderers for the Restaurant Lease & Catering Agreement must submit a Master Menu and Fixed Price Schedule with their Tender.

It is to be noted that the restaurant has recently been renovated and furnished and therefore an opportunity will not be provided to the successful tenderer for a refurbishment and decorating.

Tenders must be received no later than 11am, Thursday, 20 October 2016.
