Expressions of Interest Novated Design & Construct Contract for Two Primaryfb School Tender Submissions, Port Kembla & Bulli
Expressions of interest for the submission of two separate tender packages for two primary schools on behalf of Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong.
Tender submission #1
Location: St Patrick's Primary School Port Kembla
Description: Construction of a new single storey classroom block and external covered walkways, approximately 1100m2. Including 7 classrooms, canteen, toilets, comms room & minor external works.
Tender submission #2
Location: St Joseph's Primary School Bulli
Description: Construction of a new ground floor administration building with first floor classrooms and alterations and additions to an existing single storey classroom block approximately 1590m2.
Qualified building contractors are invited to express interest in tendering for these two separate projects under a novated Design & Construct contract model. Please submit appropriate company information including examples of similar project experience (scale & typology), capability statement, business systems & financial capacity with two referees relative to instructional building works. The project team should also be nominated with a particular focus on the project manager & site foreman.
