Tender Description
Edmund Rice Education Australia Invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified builders for the construction of new and conversion of existing areas at Gympie Flexible Learning Centre, QLD.
The proposed works consists of:
* Conversion of basement to Industrial Arts facility, carpark to Art facility, and Manual Arts room to Parents Room and Meeting Room.
* Construction of a new lift and PE Covered Area.
* External concrete paths, ramps and landscaping.
Tenders anticipated to be invited November 2016. Provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects, ability to meet construction deadlines.
