Tender Description
Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions (BGIS) provide comprehensive project delivery services for a number of Government portfolios throughout New South Wales such as Defence, Police and the Department of Justice.
Suitably qualified companies are invited to tender for inclusion on the Contractors Panel to undertake building, construction compliance and remediation works at government sites across the whole NSW region. Providers with experience in areas such as General Building / Construction, Civil / Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Services, Hydraulic and Pneumatic, Fire Protection, Heritage, and/or HAZMAT Remediation Services should apply.
The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, accordance with Australian Government Implementation Guidelines reissued in 2013, will apply to works undertaken by subcontractors on the Contractors Panel.
Existing subcontractors that have completed works for Brookfield GIS on government sites under these project portfolio's or previously included on other Brookfield Contractors Panels need to re-apply.

The Expression of Interest will close on Monday 14th November 2016.
This EOI is the 1st of a 3 stage process. Selected companies will be invited to participate in the further stages. Submitting an EOI is no guarantee of selection.
An industry training session will be held for panel members to explain how the panel will operate and the standard to which the panel members must adhere with respect to Quality, Safety and the Environment. Membership will be for a 3 year term, renewed annually based on performance.
