Registration of interest is invited for suitably qualified and experienced building contractors to undertake the construction work of a new classroom building at St Francis Xavier College, Beaconsfield.
The approximate value of the building works is between $7 m and $8 m. Contractors are required to be a Registered Building Practitioner in the appropriate category and will be required to demonstrate experience and capabilities with previous completed projects of similar scope and integrity.
Contractors should register their interest by submitting COB on 28 October 2016.
Further submission requirements will then be issued to all registrants for a more detailed response.
