VenuesWest has a requirement for the provision of mobile In-Building Coverage (IBC) for the Perth Stadium or the installation of a Distributed Antenna System (hereafter the Stadium DAS) consistent with the project aspirations.

The successful Respondent will design, install, commission, operate, maintain and upgrade as necessary, the Stadium DAS over the Term of the Customer Contract that will enable whole of stadium coverage with sufficient service to ensure optimum operation and function of mobile devices.

The Stadium DAS must be telecommunication Carrier neutral i.e. it must include all necessary requirements for sharing by other Carriers in order to provide optimum coverage for the public, staff and contractors on all Carrier networks, operating on all mobile frequencies for which Carrier licences are held and are within the Mobile Carriers Forum (MCF) Specification for DAS design.
