The Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) is Victoria’s anti-corruption agency responsible for preventing and exposing corrupt conduct across the whole public sector, and misconduct within Victoria Police. As part of this role, IBAC:

* Receives complaints and notifications of public sector corruption and police misconduct
* Investigates and exposes corruption and police misconduct
* Informs the public sector and community about the risks and impacts of corruption and police misconduct, and the ways it can be prevented.

IBAC is seeking a solution to its need for a robust Case Management System (CMS) that will be aligned to IBAC’s core operational functions of complaint management and investigations. The CMS must be intuitive, logical, user friendly and easy to navigate. It will also encompass all of IBAC’s operational activities and procedures while remaining adaptable to changes in processes and legislation.

Submissions are invited from interested parties to demonstrate how they will meet each of the detailed requirements contained in the Invitation to Supply (ITS) document. Interested parties will also be required to provide responses concerning their commercial and technology capabilities.
