Tender Description

The primary procurement objective is to establish a panel of suitable venue providers to supply meeting spaces and associated services as required for locations in the Greater Sydney area and Blue Mountains. The level of service requirement varies according to functional requirements for each meeting/event.

Suppliers will be chosen to ensure that this diversity is represented by the panel of suppliers for each location. Preference will be given to suppliers where their facilities are compliant with the disability event accessibility requirements.

The panel is aimed at reducing costs by replacing internal meeting space with outsourced pay-as-you-go venue services. This also provides an opportunity to source more convenient locations to address the geographical diversity of staff and to support social procurement outcomes through alternative suppliers, small to medium enterprise and space share opportunities.

There are four levels of service identified and providers have the option to supply all four levels of services or just a portion of the services.
