The State Party undertook a Registration of Interest (ROI) process released on Tenders WA on 17 October 2016 and closed 1 November 2016. This was to assist with gauging the level of interest within the Not-for-Profit (NFP) community sector for the provision of Western Australian Community Resource Network (WACRN) Services in three regional and remote locations: Boddington, Katanning, and Wyndham.

A pre-tender briefing for the eventual Open Tender process was held on 25 November 2016 in Perth which was attended by the ROI registered Respondents and also video recorded.
