Heywood Rural Health has engaged the services of Baade Harbour Australia Pty Ltd as the Principal Consultant (Architect) for the extension and alteration to our Aged Care Communal Areas.

Baade Harbour Australia Pty Ltd is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from commercially registered building contractors to construct a single storey 150m2 extension and some minor internal refurbishment works.

It is proposed to tender the project late February 2017 and complete construction by September 2017.

EOI should be limited to 6 pages maximum and include information on: Company, Staff, Relevant experience, use of local subcontractors, Victorian Government Construction Supplier Registration No. and contact details for 3 referees.

All EOIs received will be evaluated and a shortlist of tenderers prepared.
