About the Expression of Interest (EOI): Regis Aged Care seeks an Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and qualified vendors who are able to provide a software solution, which provides an integrated approach to all of the project management tasks and enables the organisation to have a centrally controlled, accessible overarching project plan.

Submissions: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. This EOI is an invitation to treat only and not an offer to acquire any goods and/or services. Submission of a response to this EOI does not create a contract for the provision of the Project Management Software in any way. A contract will only be created if the parties execute a definitive and binding agreement for the provision of the Project Management Software by the supplier to Regis following the RFT process. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.

Closing Date and Time: EOI close at 5.00 pm AEDT on Monday, 19th December 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
