Federation Council invites submissions from suitable qualified and experienced contractors to deliver the 2016/17 Heavy Patch program. The heavy patching will be undertaken on State Road Maintenance Council Contract (RMCC), local, and regional roads within the Federation Council road network. It is a 'full service' contract which includes design and construction of the patches.

The design component will by 'in the field' design by experienced staff to achieve a suitable pavement design based on material and environmental conditions. Liability for failure of the pavement in service rests with the contractor. The construction component will comprise traffic control, patch construction, bitumen sealing and any associated line marking and traffic delineation facilities.

Howlong township: 5 patches (847m2)
Mulwala township: 3 patches (3353m2)
Corowa township: 11 patches (1056m2)
Urana township: 16 patches (3413m2)
Regional Roads: 172 patches (28,382m2)
Rural Roads in LGA: 39 patches (12,894m2)
Roads and Maritime Services, on State Roads SR86 and SR314: 1,303 m2.
