Tender Description
Sanctuary Cove Resort 3 Year Maintenance Contracts The PBC and PTBC is offering a combined 3 year maintenance Contract for tender and invites all suitably qualified organisations to submit a WRITTEN Expression of Interest for consideration in a selected tender for the provision of all, or any one of the following;
1. Hydraulic Maintenance Works
2. Electrical Maintenance Works
3. Irrigation Maintenance Works
4. Road Sweeping
Works Documents are not to exceed 4 A4 pages. Applicants should forward their submissions to the General Manager - Operations and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects, current Company structure and capability, financial status, associated memberships; professional and client references for similar works.
Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by the end of February 2017, with Contracts to commence 1 November 2017.
Expression of Interest submissions will be considered until 5.00pm 16 January 2017.
