The Epping North Water Service Reservoir site comprises two drinking water storage tanks and is planned to include two non-drinking water (NDW) storage tanks.

In 2006 YVW commissioned an earthworks contract for bulk earthworks to create two level platforms on which up to four water storage reservoirs were to be built.

As part of those works, topsoil stripped from across the site was stockpiled on site. The topsoil stockpile is not required and is to be removed to facilitate construction of non-drinking water storage tanks.

Part of the site security fence is currently located across the lower bench. The fence is to be relocated so a new water storage reservoir can be built.

There are planned works by other contractors and by the Principal in the vicinity of the site. If at any time there is a need for work to be completed by another responsible party, it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to liaise and coordinate with other contractors while undertaking the Works Under Contract (WUC).

The Contractor is deemed to have responsibility for completion of the works within the contract period and shall manage and interact with other Contractors as required to complete the WUC.
