Global Integrated Solutions Work New New Tweed Heads Police Station Project - Streetscape Mural Artwork With the commencement of construction of the new Tweed Heads LAC Police Station at 83 Wharf Street Tweed Heads, the NSW Police Force are calling for Expressions of Interest from experienced artists & graphic designers with previous streetscape mural experience to undertake the required scope of services for the artwork design and the implementation of the approved artwork mural onto the street facade of the new building, being 20m in length by 3.5m in height.

Mists and graphic designers wishing to register their interest, will be required to submit the following infor-mation for review and consideration:
* Resume, including name, address and contact details.
* Listing of previous public artwork / streetscape mural experience and skills.
* Photographic examples of your designs and any public artwork.
* Examples of the media and materials previously used.
* Indication of possible material or media type for the installation in consideration of durability to coastal environment and vandalism.
* References (if available) from previous Clients.

In addition, the applicant's Expression of Interest should also capture the artist's thoughts (in words at this stage) on the possible theme and subject matter of the mural, which should possibly reflect the environment ie: the Tweed Coast and/or Hinterland, or the local history, culture or society.

We note that the theme is not to be Police related, discriminatory or visually overpowering in its adaption to a Police Station nor create controversy in its subject matter.

Following receipt of the Expressions of Interest, a shortlist of Candidates will be given the opportunity to develop their concept designs and be reimbursed up to S1,000 for their work.
