Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air-to-water heat pumps system as stated in technical specifications separately attached to this document.
The proposed heat pumps system shall produce an adequate heating capacity to maintain the 50M long pool to target temperature throughout the year. Scope of works also includes design supply and lay of a new concrete slab to support the proposed heat pumps.
The proposed heat pumps system and all associated items shall be fully warranted and maintained for a period of twenty four (24) months following practical completion.
A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.
