Registration of Interest: Urban Designer for Masterplanning Services of Bays Market District.
UrbanGrowth NSW is seeking a highly qualified architectural and urban design team to prepare a clear and considered spatial masterplan for the Bays Market District at Pyrmont and Glebe. The Bays Market District masterplan will cover approximately 9ha, including:
* Land under the ANZAC Bridge along Bank Street, Pyrmont
* The current Sydney Fish Market site and integration of the new market proposed at the head of Blackwattle Bay
* The first stage of a Bays Waterfront Promenade along Bank Street, Pyrmont
* Connections to Wentworth Park
* Future water uses in Blackwattle Bay.
The ROI is the First Stage of a two-stage procurement process. Architectural and urban design teams who are shortlisted during the First Stage will be invited to submit a response to an Invitation to Tender (ITT).
The closing time for this ROI is 11.00 am on 13 March 2017.
