Tender Overview: Peter O'Brien Constructions Pty Ltd is inviting all interested contractor and supplier to submit their quotation for the Design and Construction of Commercial Office Warehouse Units, this will be on two (2) separate developments/locations: Location 1 to have 14 Units of Commercial Office Warehouse and location 2 to have 27 Units of Commercial Office Warehouse.
Project Location: Location 1 - 31 Bay Road, Taren Point NSW 2164 and Location 2 -727 The Horseley Drive, Smithfield NSW 2164.
Project Description: Location 1 will require demolition of an existing building approx. 120sq.m and construction of 14 Units of 115sq.m Warehouse at ground level and 40sq.m Mezzanine Office.
Location 2 will require demolition of an existing building approx. 750sq.m and construction of 6 Units of 153sq.m Warehouse at ground level and 30sq.m Mezzanine Office, plus 21 Units of 102sq.m Warehouse at ground level and 20sq.m Mezzanine Office. Both developments will require construction and paving of car parking bays and driveways and all drainage and sewer requirements conforming with council's and BCA regulations.
