You are invited to tender for the Supply of House (Vineyard Package) Wine or Wines for the 2017-18 financial year (“Project Requirements”) to the Adelaide Venue Management Corporation (AVMC) (“Principal”).

The following information is provided for your assistance:
The AVMC conducts substantial event operations throughout the year including major conferences, banquets and meetings for business, entertainment, concerts and sports events.

The AVMC House (Vineyard Package) Wines are the staple, or base level, of wines offered to clients. Inclusion in the Package provides considerable exposure to high numbers of local, interstate and international visitors to the AVMC.

AVMC wine lists are published for clients from July 1 to June 30 annually.

The final wines selected by the evaluation team with differ across the venues.
