The State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services (DCCSDS, the Department, the Principal) are inviting offers for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA), for the provision of a Source to Pay solution, under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

This SOA, once established with the successful Supplier, will be available to individual Customers, which may place a SOA Order for the services as outlined in the ITO and Part D - SOA Details.

It is the Department’s intention to also obtain the Products and/or Services as specified in this ITO, by establishing a single GITC Customer Contract between the successful Supplier and the Department. Including Implementation/Transition-In and ongoing services.

The Department will hold a briefing session on Monday 20th March 2017 at 111 George Street, Brisbane (Conference Room 3 on the Ground Floor Charlotte Street from 14:00 – 15:30). Suppliers wishing to attend this briefing must notify the Department contact by 5:00pm on Wednesday 15th March 2017 in writing (e.g. email) outlining the names of those representatives attending. It is not mandatory for Suppliers to attend the briefing session in order to submit an offer, but the Department strongly encourages attendance.
