EDQ is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for creative agencies to develop a new brand for the new precinct. The project will be a three-staged process, consisting of an initial EOI for brand development experience, which will be followed by a Request for Proposal (RFP) which will be incentivised. The tender will include the monetisation for three shortlisted tenderers to submit a proposal, including creative direction.

One of the three shortlisted will then be chosen as the preferred tenderer to continue further building on the brand identity and will be responsible for the development of phase two of the scope.
